Fencing to Go Up in Downtown

You may start to notice some activity near 9th Avenue and 10th Street beginning this week, on Wednesday, May 6. Initial construction fencing is expected to go up behind the sidewalk, marking the first visible step in this phase of work for the Downtown Civic Campus.

At this stage, sidewalks along 10th Street and 9th Avenue are expected to remain open, and no traffic changes are anticipated. A full sidewalk closure is expected for a short period during building demolition. Additional temporary closures may occur later this summer during reconstruction, including work on parking entrances.

We appreciate your patience as this work gets underway and will continue to share updates as details are confirmed.
