Nearing the Finish Line

The future of Downtown Greeley is bright! A huge thank you to everyone that provided their thoughts, dreams, and vision for what Greeley's downtown might look like over the next 10 years. From amenities to shopping to living and working and even spaces to play, the Downtown 2032 master plan considers all this and more, including infrastructure, how we get from place to place, safety, and connectivity.

What's next? A draft Downtown Master Plan will be presented to the Greeley Planning Commission and during the City Council work session on Tuesday, January 10. Meeting agendas and additional information for both meetings can be found by visiting the City's meeting portal.

A final hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 17 during City Council's regular meeting at 6:00 p.m.
