Take the Housing Community Survey

Your participation in this housing planning survey is crucial as it will shape the city's priorities for its annual entitlement funding over the next five years. We value your opinions, and this survey will help us understand your firsthand needs, expectations, and priorities of the city regarding services, housing, economic, and community development.

Based on the aggregate data and narrative responses from the surveys, the City of Greeley, with help from Anser Advisory, will develop HUD's 2025 consolidated plan to better the city of Greeley based on your needs.

What is a Consolidated Plan? A consolidated plan is a comprehensive development document required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for communities receiving federal funding through programs such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). A Consolidated Plan is a crucial document cities use to manage federal funds for housing and community projects. It helps cities identify local needs, set goals, and plan how to spend this money over five years, taking into account community feedback on various development and service initiatives.

Who is developing the Plan? The City of Greeley has selected Anser Advisory, a firm experienced in advisory and project management services, to develop the Consolidated Plan. This collaboration aims to enhance Greeley by focusing on improved opportunities and housing solutions. This survey is the first of many steps in Greeley's development planning. It will help us better understand how we can help and provide assistance.
