Homeless Outreach Team: New Hours May 1, 2025
Beginning Thursday, May 1, the City of Greeley’s Homeless Solutions Outreach Team will adopt updated hours to better align with community resources. After a year of serving the community, the team has determined that these changes will enhance its ability to meet community needs.
The new hours are:
- May-October: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
- November-April: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
The team remains committed to providing the same high level of service with improved consistency in availability.
How to Contact the Outreach Team
If residents need help, they should call the Outreach team at 970-351-5005. Team members may be out working, so please leave a message with details and a callback number. If calling after hours, the team will return calls the next business day during regular hours.
The team is also available at the LINC Library, 501 8th Avenue, to answer questions and provide support.
- May-October: Wednesdays, noon-2 p.m.
- November-April: Tuesdays, 10 a.m.-noon and Thursdays, 2-4 p.m.
