City of Greeley Extends SPIN Micromobility Pilot
The City of Greeley will extend the SPIN micromobility pilot program through early summer 2026. Originally scheduled to conclude in December, the pilot will continue to provide shared e-scooters and e-bikes to community members in downtown Greeley and surrounding areas.
Since its launch, the program has seen strong adoption across the community, with University of Northern Colorado students, faculty and staff emerging as particularly active users of the service. The extension will allow the City to gather additional data on ridership patterns, user satisfaction and the program's impact on local transportation options.
The SPIN pilot offers residents and visitors a convenient, sustainable transportation alternative for short trips throughout the downtown area. Users can access e-scooters and e-bikes through the SPIN mobile app.
The City will continue evaluating the program throughout the extension period and will share additional information about the pilot's performance in a council session in early 2026.
