The Final Mobility Development Plan

On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, the Greeley City Council officially adopted the Mobility Development Plan. You can download and read the plan in full here.

This document will guide the strategy of our mobility services for years to come. First and foremost, city staff must align funding with the plan's recommendations. We can make several targeted improvements under our current budget to improve service reliability and efficiency. To learn more about what changes you can expect from the City of Greeley's mobility services in the coming months and years, read Chapter 5, "Implementation Plan."
