Peak View Playground Replacement: Construction to Begin!

The New Playground for Peak View Park is coming soon! Planning for construction is underway, and construction is anticipated to begin the week of October 5th. Construction fencing will go up around the existing playground and demolition will begin.

Construction to Begin Oct 5th, what to expect:

  • Construction fencing will go up around both play spaces and the pavilion.
  • Pavilion will not be available during construction.
  • Construction will take 5-6 weeks
  • Re-opening anticipated to be in early November!

We're excited to transform Peak View Parks’ Playground into a modern, accessible, and engaging destination for the community. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary closure as we work to create a refreshed, accessible, and engaging play space for children and families to enjoy for years to come.

The new Peak View playground will be a valuable community asset, and we look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.
