Fall 2026 Update

New Name Adopted

On April 3, 2026, the Parks and Recreation Board recommended the name Triple Creek Natural Area for this area. On June 2, 2026 Greeley City Council officially adopted the new name for the natural area.

What's Next?

In fall 2026, community members can expect to see new amenities at the 20th St trailhead including a port-a-let enclosure, trailhead signage, and a bench. These improvements are funded by a grant from the Rails to Trails Conservancy and Trails Development Fund.
