Help shape upcoming transit service changes in Greeley.

Greeley Transit services are routinely evaluated to ensure they meet on-time performance standards and effectively serve riders. Gallop implements three service changes annually, providing opportunities for continuous improvement and adaptation. Currently, the City of Greeley is considering changes to Gallop transit services, including updates to existing routes, adjustments to the Poudre Express, and the introduction of a new route serving UCHealth.

These proposed changes are planned for January 2027 and aim to strengthen transit connections while better meeting the community’s evolving transportation needs.

Before any changes take effect, we want to ensure that riders, residents, and community partners have ample opportunity to review the proposals, ask questions, and share feedback.

What’s Being Proposed for January 2027?

Gallop Transit is making schedule updates for Routes 1 and 5, the Poudre Express, and introducing a new route connecting Greeley Mall and UCHealth.

  • Routes 1 and 5: Minor adjustments to departure times will help buses remain on schedule.
  • New Route 8: Route 8 will connect Greeley Mall and UCHealth, providing riders with an additional option to reach medical appointments and health care services.
  • Poudre Express: Schedule changes are also planned for Poudre Express trips between Greeley, Windsor, and Fort Collins.

Next Steps

The City will carefully review community feedback as part of the planning process for the January 2027 service changes.

Once route and service details are finalized, Gallop will provide updated maps, schedules, and rider information through our communication channels.

Stay tuned for project updates, key dates, and more opportunities to get involved.
