City Provides Update on Cascadia, Catalyst Following Court Ruling on Ordinance No. 30
A 19th Judicial District court has ruled that the February 2026 special election measure seeking to repeal Ordinance No. 30 was unconstitutional, meaning the ordinance remains in effect. The City is sharing what this means for two West Greeley development projects:
- Cascadia, a privately owned project developed by Water Valley Company, can continue moving forward.
- Catalyst, the City-owned entertainment district project, remains paused while the City evaluates funding options.
