Guiding this process is Jeff Speck, nationally renowned urban designer and author of Walkable City and Walkable City Rules. A fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the Congress for New Urbanism, Speck brings proven expertise in creating walkable, human-scaled communities. His principles—such as making streets useful, safe, comfortable, and interesting—will help inform a forward-looking plan for West Greeley.
