Attend an Open House on January 26
Join the City of Greeley, Speck Dempsey, and Able City for an Open House presentation of the regional plan for western Greeley and a draft form-based code. If you attended or watched the community meeting in July, you’ll remember the energy, ideas, and conversations that helped launch this planning effort. Now, we’re sharing the results of that work and inviting you to help refine the regional plan and the draft form-based code.
This open house will give residents and stakeholders an opportunity to see how community feedback has informed the vision so far, review updated concepts, and share additional insights as the planning process moves forward. This event will take place at the Family Funplex on January 26 from 6 - 8 p.m.
What to expect:
- A presentation of the regional plan for western Greeley and a draft form-based code.
- An open house setting where attendees can review the plan details, ask questions, and share feedback.
- Opportunities to comment on how design, land use, and community character will help guide growth.
