Traffic Impacts During Construction (Updated 1.21.25)

Utility Construction, Stage Four

During this time, traffic on 16th Street is limited to one-way westbound driving between 9th and 11th Avenues. Eastbound traffic will be detoured at 11th Avenue. Street parking along both the north and south side of 16th Street is partially impacted, but some spots remain open.

Traffic on 9th and 10th Avenues will be limited to north and south local travel; access to 16th Street from 9th and 10th Avenues remain closed.

Business access remains open! Want to avoid the driving and parking hassle while you're in the area? We recommend parking outside the construction area and either walking or renting a Spin ebike/escooter to get you where you need to go for the final portion of your trip.
