Traffic Impacts During Construction

Utility Construction, Stage One: November 18-December 2 (approximately)

During this time, there will be no roadway access to/from 9th or 10th Avenues to/from 16th Street. There will still be two-way traffic on 16th Street and all on-street parking on 16th will remain open. If you don't need local access to the area, we recommend drivers detour at 13th Street between 11th and 8th Avenues.

Business access remains open — traffic won't get in the way of your holiday shopping and dining! Want to avoid the driving and parking hassle while you're in the area? We recommend parking outside the construction area and either walking or renting a Spin ebike/escooter to get you where you need to go for the final portion of your trip.
