Greeley's gateway to downtown at 9th and 10th Streets is home to families and small businesses, but many drivers travel at high speeds on these roads.
The City of Greeley has done extensive community outreach to learn what residents want to see along the corridor. Currently, the City is evaluating future improvements for this corridor to downtown Greeley. This work considers traffic operations, pedestrian and bicycle access, parking, downtown connectivity, and planned development in the area, including the future Justice Center and Civic Campus.
Design on this project is currently on hold while the City coordinates next steps with related downtown planning and construction efforts.
