Progress Update: Calabaza Park Design Is Moving Forward!

The Planning and Capital Projects team submitted the latest Calabaza Park designs for City development review. This important milestone allows our City partners to review the proposed plans, evaluate potential impacts, and provide feedback before we move closer to final design.

With feedback now in hand, our team is refining the plans and working collaboratively with our City partners to bring Greeley’s newest neighborhood park one step closer to reality.

There’s still plenty of behind-the-scenes work to complete, but progress is being made every step of the way. We anticipate completing the design phase over the next couple of months and into early 2027, with construction set to begin in 2027.

Stay tuned for final design drawings and more project updates as we continue moving forward. We’re getting closer to bringing Calabaza Park to life!
