The City of Greeley is moving forward with the development of Eagleview Park, located at the corner of 59th Avenue and C Street. The park's amenities will be determined through community engagement and design.

Design is anticipated to begin in 2027, providing an opportunity to work with the surrounding community to shape the future of this new neighborhood park. As the design process gets underway, residents will have opportunities to share ideas, priorities, and hopes for the park. Community input will help inform the design and ensure the park reflects the needs and character of the surrounding neighborhood.

Planning and development of Eagleview Park is budgeted through 2027. Project costs are covered by the Park Development Fund, which is supported by development fees. We are committed to working with you to create a vibrant Eagleview Park!

Project Goals

  • Enhance community access to outdoor recreation and green space

  • Support the implementation of the Parks and Trails Master Plan

  • Create a safe, accessible gathering place for residents
