
Subarea East Planning Project Survey
The City of Greeley is actively seeking community input to create a vision for the eastern portion of the city and its surrounding areas. Gathering this information will help identify actions to enhance and integrate design within the community. This project will focus on several key areas, including:
Multimodal transportation
Infrastructure
Housing
Future land uses and development
Parks and open spaces
Environmental sustainability and resiliency

This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. We invite you to share your thoughts on what matters most to you as the project progresses. The planning process will continue over the next year.

Total surveys completed: 620
Community survey results showed residents' top priorities include improving streets and roads, expanding job opportunities, increasing housing affordability, and attracting more businesses and amenities to East Greeley. Respondents also expressed strong interest in additional grocery stores, family-friendly entertainment, locally owned businesses, and a mix of housing options while preserving the area's character.
