This plan was developed with extensive community and stakeholder input, including feedback provided via the Speak Up Greeley project page. The plan identifies current and future needs, prioritizes capital investments and recommends strategies to enhance equitable access, financial sustainability and community engagement across the CPRD system.

Key goals moving forward include:

  • Modernizing facilities
  • Improving cost recovery
  • Expanding youth and community programming
  • Strengthening connections to parks, trails, and natural areas.

Next steps will focus on phased implementation, alignment with the City’s capital planning process, and identifying funding opportunities to support priority projects.
