The Lincoln Park redevelopment project is a key initiative within the City of Greeley’s broader downtown revitalization efforts. Initial community engagement began in 2024 and has continued through multiple phases of stakeholder and public feedback. The project is being developed in partnership with Kimley-Horn and Agora Partners, with a focus on transforming Lincoln Park into a more vibrant, inclusive, and activated public space.
Community input has helped shape a vision that prioritizes improved accessibility, natural play features, enhanced events and gathering spaces, public art integration, and stronger connections to surrounding downtown amenities.
