The Union Colony Civic Center (UCCC) is an entertainment gem in the heart of downtown Greeley. The venue has grown significantly since opening in 1988, evolving in its offerings and entertainment. Due to these changes, the UCCC Advisory Board is exploring the opportunity to rename the venue and will consider whether a new name would better reflect the UCCC's current and future identity.
Renaming a civic landmark like the UCCC requires a tailored and thoughtful process. The board will consider the scope of offerings and the venue's role as a cultural and economic driver in our region.
This is not just a renaming project. The board will assess if the current name still fits and if it aligns with how the community uses and experiences the UCCC.
