Union Colony Civic Center Renaming Survey Project Update – December 15, 2025

The Union Colony Civic Center Board met on November 12 to review survey submissions. Of the nearly 700 responses, the majority of participants expressed that they wished to keep the Union Colony Civic Center name due to its historical connection. Those who responded to keep the UCCC name selected that they were either UCCC patrons, Greeley residents or both.

The UCCC Board accepts and respects the sentiments expressed in the survey. They also have determined further discussion is necessary as they continue to explore how to be inclusive of all segments of the City, attract additional demographics and improve greater visibility of the UCCC.
