What to Expect: July 20-24, 2026

Crews will continue work on the Farr Neighborhood waterline relocation project near the top of the 14th Avenue horseshoe, focusing on connection points to the University of Northern Colorado. Properties east and west of the horseshoe (see graphic) may experience temporary water shutdowns, and notices will be distributed to the affected homes.

Additional work includes tying in 14th Avenue to 25th Street and continuing paving activities on 25th Street. Traffic control patterns may change as paving progresses, so travelers should use caution and follow posted signage in the area.
