A Consolidated Plan is a crucial document cities use to manage federal funds for housing and community projects. It helps cities identify local needs, set goals, and plan how to spend this money over five years, taking into account community feedback on various development and service initiatives.
Who is developing the Plan? The City of Greeley has selected Anser Advisory, a firm experienced in advisory and project management services,to develop the Consolidated Plan. This collaboration aims to enhance Greeley by focusing on improved opportunities and housing solutions. This survey is the first of many steps in Greeley's development planning. It will help us better understand how we can help and provide assistance.
