The Twin Rivers Playground project aims to transform the playground at 1501 65th Avenue into a vibrant, inclusive play space for all children. We plan to replace outdated equipment with modern, accessible play structures that everyone can use. We want to create a safe, fun place where all kids can play, be active, make friends, and enjoy being outside. We plan to expand the playground to make it a central feature to provide more opportunities for play, exploration and community enjoyment. This update will make the playground a fun and inclusive part of Twin Rivers Community Park, which has an outdoor theater, ball fields, a nature trail, a pond, and the Family FunPlex. You can share your ideas through an online survey, and your feedback will help shape the playground design.
