That message was central to the July 9 community visioning event for the West Greeley Subarea Plan, where residents joined city staff and planning experts to help shape a thoughtful path forward.
The evening featured a keynote from Jeff Speck—nationally recognized urban planner and author of Walkable City—who shared insights on how walkability, transportation, and housing design can drive long-term livability and economic success. Hosted at the Aims Welcome Center, the event marked the official kickoff of the subarea planning process for western Greeley.
